Was born on 28th February, 1965 in Kiev.

From 1979 studied at Kiev physical and mathematical school #145, which was finished in 1982. From 1982 to 1987 studied at cybernetics faculty of Taras Shevchenko State University of Kiev on a speciality "applied mathematics" and has received qualification "mathematics".

From 1987 – engineer of Research Laboratory of the Probabilistic & Statistical Methods of Department of Applied Statistics, from 2002 - leading engineer-programmer, which carries out scientific-technical works.

In 1998-2002 had a postgraduate course at Department of Applied Statistics on speciality - theoretical basis for computer science and cybernetics, the supervisor – Tovmachenko N.N., Ph.D. (Technical Sciences).

Within 2001-2002 on the basis of Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics has passed courses financial and actuarial mathematics, has received the actuary diploma.

As actuary took part in such projects: Project of implementation of pension reform in Ukraine from U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID, PADCO) within 2002-2003; Pension reform and development of system of social insurance in Ukraine (by request of the Ministry of Labour and social policy of Ukraine, World bank) in 2005.

Spends practical studies on courses Data Analysis, Probability Theory & Mathematical Statistics, Econometrics.

Scientific interests are connected with data analysis, modelling of systems, software for processing and data analysis, Web- and Internet-technologies.
