Was born on 25th March, 1946 in village Flerino, Bershad district, Vinnitsa oblast.
He finished Flerino 8-year school in 1961, with honors Sevastopol MPTU-2 in 1963 on specialty bricklayer-mounter, 11th class of evening school in 1964. He worked in Sevastopol BU-47.
In 1969 he graduated with honors from the mechanics and mathematics faculty of Taras Shevchenko State University of Kiev, specialized in the department of probability theory and mathematical statistics. From 1969 to 1972, he had a postgraduate course under the guidance of A.V. Skorokhod, academician Academy of Sciences of the UkrSSR.
From 1972 to 1978 - Assistant Professor of Department of Economic Cybernetics, from 1978 to 1986 - Assistant Professor of Department of Applied Statistics.
From 1986 - Junior Scientific Researcher, from 1992 - Scientific Researcher, from 1994 - Senior Scientific Researcher, from 2001 - Leading Engineer-Programmer, which carries out scientific-technical works, in the Laboratory of the Probabilistic & Statistical Methods at the Department of Applied Statistics.
From 2001 to 2002 he had course training for actuaries on project #0016 are PADCO/ARM USA.
Scientific interests:
- mathematical methods of experimental design in the construction of stochastic models of multicomponent systems,
- stationary random processes,
- parameter estimation on observations for Markovian schemes,
- modelling of complex processes.
Theoretical investigations are realized in programs that were included in packages DELTA-PLAN, EPOHA and STATPLAN, also in the book "The designs of experiment on a triangular simplex (catalog)" 1990, Kiev. - 364p. (coauthors - Dolzhansky Yu.M., Habarin A.Yu., and others)
Was awarded the medal "Labour Veteran"(1987).
Author of 22 scientific papers.
